Yesterday while browsing around on ebay for some American Girl stuff for my youngest sister who is all of a sudden interested in dolls and so forth, I came across this listing.
At nearly 23½, I suppose it may be ridiculous, but my love for historical, old-fashioned things cannot be helped. =) Anyway, I wouldn't have an occasion to wear it, but it is still very pretty and fun to look at and get ideas from.

How pretty! Me likes it too. *nods*
I'm about to turn 24... and I think its wonderful! :) Tee hee.
Speaking of The American Girl collection, have you ever compared their styles to what Vision Forum has? I know with VF they often have $25 off coupons $50 or more so that would probably make their dolls and misc. cheaper. Just thought I'd tell you that since I really like VF stuff and didn't know if you knew about it. :)
And in another post you talked about book Crystal has about wives and mothers and you being closer to that. Should we expect any kind of exciting news in the near future?! Okay, I couldn't resist asking. :) You can delete this comment if you want. LOL
Adorable! :)
How pretty! There ought to be a pattern similar to that somewhere. Maybe you can make one! :D
LOL, Courtney! I had to wonder if anybody would notice that. =D
Nope, no exciting news.
Whoops. That was me who deleted the comment. : }
Dear Cheri,
I used to pour over the American Girl Catalog every time it came in the mail. My doll was Kirsten--it seemed like it took forever to save up money to buy her!
I noticed that your has been one of sources for referrals. We recently had to set our blog to private; if you would like to be a reader, send us your e-mail through the contact form on Genevan Foundation. Lord willing we will go to back to public over the next month or so.
