Grandma to the Rescue

What fun it is to have my sewing stuff with me, back here at Grandma's house. Poor Arabella really wished to come with me, but I didn't think another person, er... body in the house would be suitable so she had to stay home. For those who don't know, Arabella is my dress form. ::grins::
I am working on a new Margaret apron this morning, and to my dismay, I didn't have with me a spool of thread that matched the vintage rick rack. Upon voicing it, Grandma goes back to her little sewing area and brings out an old spool of thread that matches perfectly. The thread is still strong, and so thanks to Grandma, I am able to continue sewing. =)

I have been stalking your Etsy shop waiting for more aprons to be posted. I decided to follow the link to your blog and was thrilled to read you are making a new Margaret apron. I LOVE the fabric in the picture...any chance you could give me a heads up when it is ready?

JC,

Thanks for inquiring! Yes, I am in the midst of getting some delicious fabrics, and hope to be adding a couple to my shop sometime this week, so keep your eyes peeled. =)

The one that I made up in the fabric you see in this post was sold within an hour or two of listing it earlier this week. The Margaret aprons have a tendency of doing that!
